Pride is a formidable block on the road of spirituality. When it rears its ugly head it’s painstakingly obvious - to ourselves and others. We may deny it, cover it up or justify it, but deep down we know something is out of tune. A mentor once told me that there is a fine net covering the spiritual reality, and only those who become small enough to fit through the holes can access it. Hard as they try, the big-headed inevitably get stuck. There is no room for pride in the life of a progressive spiritualist.
We can wish to render happiness or we can wish to achieve our goals....sometimes we see happiness is silently slipping away or it is finding it's own new way...we can not disturb happiness because we cannot have a goal bigger than #happiness and we cannot surrender to making our #goals devoid of happiness...so why is happiness so difficult to achieve? because we forgot some kind of #time management? Or did we realise much later that happiness was the only coordinate of what we achieved, and instead of marking our growth, we began a new path with a new Samsung/device or a new physical task?...I wish I could write more.... But these days happiness is perceived as something resting on a new page or a location, waiting to receive us...It does become very late until we realise that our connection to God needs care and conditioning and in this moment of truth, that is now, we must build or manifest happiness for its realtime coordinates and effect.....HareKrishna! Haribol!!
